Brief: Slida is a new puzzle toy that is launching, designed to appeal to boys and girls of the 7-12 age range. The product is competing with the existing puzzles and games on the market, such as the Rubik’s range, so must stand out in a competitive market. When developing the product branding, the following criteria had to be met: Ensure the branding fits with the existing Slida logo that was designed. Determine the range of colours that the Slida puzzle is to be manufactured in. Make sure the branding is engaging, colourful and bold, appealing to the target demographic, whilst showing the fun and challenging nature of the puzzle. Roll out the product branding into a range of items including packaging, promotional material, exhibition stands and business cards.
