St Louis County Web Presence

The St Louis County Web Presence offers its residents a modern responsive web interface that brings hundreds of services to the residents fingertips. The web presence is designed in a manner to appeal to all residents inclusively by offering 179 language options and multiple accessibility options. We have also designed the content for ease of use via our internally built Resident Customer Service (RCS) webplatform that integrated into the site's search and the sites chat bot. This allows residents to access the critical information they need in the manner of their choosing. We also focus on highlighting key activities going on in the community while also adjusting our content to the most frequently sought after items based upon times of the year (i.e. tax declarations, elections, tax payments being due, etc.). We are proud of our community and our residents and have focused our efforts on providing a simple to navigate and use web presence that continues to expand to offer more and more services online.
