Incentive Event Final Night Celebration 2025

We engaged, recognized, and celebrated our client’s 102 highest sales achievers in the most memorable way possible, crafting a surreal world of art, poetry, and dreams that became reality.
Arriving at the Sicilian villa, guests glimpse human-like rabbits gathering fruit in surrounding orchards, then are greeted by their hosts; formally attired couple with human bodies and heads of donkeys. Floating ethereal smoke-filled bubbles reveal courtyard, cocktails and giant pendulum swayed by three acrobats dancing to the sounds of a jazz trio. Surreal, whimsical centerpieces adorn tables. An oversized bed with a golden ladder bears a woman in pajamas, encouraging attendees to climb and reveal their dreams. Written down, she attaches the dreams to a line and winches them to a woman on an island who plants the dreams in her garden to grow into reality. The interplay of macro and micro elements invites a flexibility of perception and an openness to what is and what’s to come.
Donkeys lead guests through the maze-like house to dinner. Past curious hanging implements, rabbits playing cards, around a pool where an old lady on a floating island knits skeins of fabric which her granddaughter then dances with, diaphanous and fluttering, into secret garden where dinner awaits. The garden, alight and bedecked with beautiful décor and surreal centerpieces, glows as the sun sets, dreamlike and radiant.
After dinner, donkeys lead guests back into the house for the afterparty, inviting them to don bedazzled animal masks, becoming part of the world they have been observing. Appropriately attired, they can now interact with the inhabitants—a living fireplace (with real fire!), a bejeweled cat DJ, a pair of ladder dancers performing. Free to explore, attendees discover a wall stacked with farm implements, an old TV playing videos of black and white circus performances and velveteen décored nooks and crannies, all lit with color and texture. As smoke-filled bubbles rise into the night air, our guests, now metamorphosed into characters in the story, dance the night away, part of a dream they could only imagine before; a dream they’ll never inhabit again…and one they’ll never forget.
