Simple Idea. Big Impact.
Who hasn’t ever wondered what the inside of a running dishwasher looks like?
For our client AEG, we brought exactly that vision to life at IFA 2025 – as a walk-in, immersive spatial installation that combines the power of technology and storytelling.
The Idea:
To make an everyday product experienceable from a completely new perspective – emotional, sensory, and with a wink.
The Goal:
To spark curiosity, create closeness to the brand, and show that innovation at AEG is not only in the product, but also in the direct experience.
The Implementation:
An oversized, walk-in dishwasher featuring high-resolution 1.5 mm LED panels on the walls and ceiling, paired with an ultra-thin 2.6 mm LED floor.
The front window was realized using the new MUXWAVE technology – an almost transparent, holographic screen that delivers brilliant images while keeping the space open and airy.
The Result:
An immersive environment that allowed visitors to fully dive into the washing cycle – without getting wet – and communicated the message outward with holographic 3D effects and visuals in a highly impactful way.
The Impact:
A true crowd-puller, generating thousands of photos, delighted faces, and an intense product experience.
This installation transformed curiosity into interaction, technology into emotion, and space into storytelling – a prime example of spatial experience design.
