Biz2Credit partnered with entrepreneur and content creator Suleyman Dolaev to produce a three part video series to educate and empower small business owners through authentic, real world storytelling. The series focused on candid conversations about building a business, and the challenges companies face when trying to access capital, a critical and often misunderstood obstacle for entrepreneurs.
At the center of the series was an unscripted interview between Dolaev and Sarita Ekya, CEO of SMAC, a fast growing New York City macaroni and cheese restaurant chain with a 19 year track record. Rather than exploring abstract financial concepts, their conversation highlighted Ekya’s daily experience running and expanding her business, the hurdles she faced, why she pursued financing, and how she navigated the lending process. She also discussed returning to Biz2Credit for additional funding to support SMAC’s continued growth. By grounding the narrative in a real success story, the video helped demystify small business financing and made the topic more relatable for entrepreneurs.
The series expanded beyond a single customer perspective to include a one on one interview with Biz2Credit CEO Rohit Arora, who shared broader insights into the challenges small businesses face. Arora later joined Ekya in a joint conversation that touched on common pain points such as access to capital, speed of funding, and the difficulty of managing Issues like seasonality. Together, the three videos created a cohesive narrative that blended personal experience with industry expertise.
Stylistically, the videos were designed to feel natural and conversational, favoring simplicity and authenticity. A memorable moment showed Ekya in the kitchen with a cook, humorously realizing she should let him do his job, an interaction that reinforced the approachable tone and positioned Biz2Credit as an accessible partner invested in small business success.
Distributed across CTV, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, the series met entrepreneurs where they already consume content. By combining influencer led storytelling, customer experience, and executive insight, the campaign delivered meaningful, informative content that encouraged business owners to better understand their financing options. The result was a video series that informed, inspired, and built confidence in small business lending.
