The Link Logistics Broker Toolkit is a comprehensive property marketing system designed for brokers to effectively and easily market the firm’s vacant spaces. Launched in 2025, the refreshed toolkit elevates Link’s property marketing framework with a cohesive, premium, and highly adaptable suite of print and digital assets, ensuring consistent brand expression across markets and platforms.
The refreshed Broker Toolkit introduces a strategically consistent design system spanning both physical and digital touchpoints. Its modular design allows brokers to customize kit components in just a few clicks while maintaining visual and structural integrity across every Link Logistics property marketing scenario. Additionally, the Toolkit includes:
o Property Brochures: A streamlined set of template options to minimize decision fatigue and ensure brand consistency. The four-template set includes a light mode for print and events, and a dark mode optimized for digital scenarios.
o Leasing Signage: The layout is intentionally simple, with key information prominently displayed (e.g., contact details, size of space, etc.). The hierarchical arrangement of information allows potential customers to find the most relevant information quickly. The modular design enables the inclusion or exclusion of additional elements (e.g., QR codes, secondary text, etc.) without compromising the overall aesthetic and readability of signage.
o Temporary Building Signage: Door clings and wraps are designed to convey key leasing information such as property contact details.
o Property Event Assets: Templates for posters and/or display boards were designed for leasing events to ensure consistency of physical marketing assets across all vacancies. Additionally, the templates are pre-populated with key property information, allowing brokers the freedom to choose the most appropriate property images for their events.
o Digital Marketing: Assets are designed to be plug-and-play for both email and social channels. They ensure a consistent experience across all scenarios and maintain the same design aesthetic as the toolkit’s physical assets.
At the heart of the refresh is a disciplined design philosophy that considers ease and flexibility for our brokers while maintaining a consistent brand experience.
