At Atlassian Team ’25 Europe, the Rovo activation redefined how enterprise AI is introduced on the show floor. Rather than presenting Rovo as a feature or demo, the experience transformed Atlassian’s AI-powered system of work into an interactive environment designed for exploration, personalization, and real-world application. The objective was not just awareness, but confidence — enabling attendees to understand how AI could actively support their day-to-day workflows.
The activation was designed to drive hands-on engagement while functioning as a scalable storytelling system that could extend beyond a single event. Success was defined by meaningful interaction, sustained interest, and the ability to position Rovo as an immediately actionable solution.
At the center of the experience was Rovo Perfect Pair, a personality-based interactive quiz that matched attendees with one of ten custom Rovo agents. Each agent was developed with a distinct role, visual identity, and practical use case. By reflecting real workplace challenges, the quiz reframed product education as self-discovery. Attendees did not simply learn about Rovo — they experienced how a tailored AI teammate could support their specific needs within Atlassian tools.
The Rovo Theater expanded this immersion through guided demos and live build sessions. Participants actively created and experimented with agents in real time, shifting from passive observation to direct application. This layered structure — personal discovery followed by collaborative learning — reinforced clarity while deepening engagement.
The activation generated an estimated 730 to 930 impressions, with 482 attendees completing Rovo Perfect Pair through Atlassian’s Team Quest program. The Rovo Theater reached capacity across all sessions, demonstrating strong demand for applied AI solutions. Following its debut, the activation continues to tour globally, proving its adaptability and sustained impact.
By replacing static product messaging with participatory storytelling, the Rovo activation turned complex AI capabilities into a human-centered exhibition experience that built confidence, drove interaction, and advanced Atlassian’s AI narrative.
