Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) Website Refresh

Clarity partnered with the Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County (RTC) to redesign its primary website and modernize its digital platform on WordPress. Serving residents across the Reno–Sparks region, RTC needed a scalable, accessible website capable of supporting a wide range of transit services, programs, and public information.
Clarity delivered a fully responsive, ADA-compliant website with intuitive navigation, improved searchability, and a refined information architecture based on real user behavior. The new platform simplifies how riders access critical transit information while creating a more seamless experience across desktop and mobile devices.
To support long-term usability, Clarity implemented a flexible, component-based content management system that allows RTC staff to easily create and manage content without compromising design consistency. The platform also integrates with multiple third-party systems and is hosted on WP Engine, ensuring a secure, scalable infrastructure that can evolve alongside RTC’s growing mobility services.
