Cook County Property Tax Reform Website Design

Clarity partnered with Cook County to design and develop the Property Tax Reform website, a public-facing platform created to educate residents on property tax reform initiatives and resources. The project required an accelerated timeline, moving from kickoff at the end of 2025 to a full launch in February 2026.
Leveraging Cook County’s existing Site Factory ecosystem, Clarity built the website on a shared codebase that supports multiple county sites. This approach allowed the team to move quickly while maintaining consistency, scalability, and alignment with the County’s broader digital infrastructure.
Clarity delivered a responsive, ADA-compliant website designed to make complex policy information clear and accessible to a broad audience. In addition to development, the team established the site’s visual identity, including brand colors, iconography, and illustration style, creating a cohesive and engaging user experience.
By building on a strong technical foundation and focusing on clarity and usability, Clarity was able to successfully deliver a high-quality, accessible website within a compressed timeline.
