Oregon Tilth is a leading organic certifier, educator, and advocate working to advance a more socially equitable and biologically sound food system. Our team includes regulatory experts, farmers, inspectors, educators, and communicators who support farmers, ranchers, handlers, and producers across the organic supply chain.
At its core, the report positions connection as the force behind trust, stronger relationships, and long-term growth. Each section intentionally links human experience with measurable impact, illustrating how connection shows up across farms, supply chains, and communities.
Through visual storytelling, authentic photography, and first-person narratives, the report centers the people behind organic. Farmers, producers, partners, and staff share experiences that reflect both the realities of certification and the deeper purpose behind the work. From multi-generational farms to national supply chain partners and organic wine producers, these stories reveal how trust is built over time and sustained across generations.

Oregon Tilth’s leadership in programs like the USDA Transition to Organic Partnership Program (TOPP) demonstrates how mentorship, education, and collaboration are expanding access to organic certification and strengthening the agricultural landscape.
