The 2026 New Taipei Spring Festival transformed Taiwan's largest riverside park into an immersive, interactive, and sustainable springtime ecosystem. Moving away from rigid event structures , the festival utilized the open landscape as a narrative carrier , inviting 640,000 attendees to co-create their experience.
To fulfill its environmental and sustainability vision, the festival featured the "Spring Bliss" zone. Here, a children's pop-up market promoted the barter system , teaching the next generation the values of toy-swapping , sharing, and sustainability.
For interactive outdoor engagement, the event deployed a multi-sensory system. "Spring Melodies" offered interactive KTV , erasing boundaries between performers and audiences. "Spring Chills" introduced body-responsive movement. Furthermore, the "MBTI Spring Market" paired local ingredients with psychological traits across 150 stalls , turning outdoor dining into an interactive journey of self-discovery. By blending sustainable practices with gamified "Spring Luck" rewards , the festival successfully redefined the possibilities of an urban green space.
