To announce the UNbrokerage message, realty one group have created a virtual reality game that reflects the technology and innovation the company offers in an industry that is due for a serious upgrade. We bring the game to our offices and invite our agents to a unique experience never seen before. With the unbrokerage game, they understand the tools we offer to guarantee success. The 3d environment in the game is based on our las vegas, nevada office, known in the game as the unoffice: a customized space that is a reflection of our mission and values. In order for the player to win, he (she) has to walk around the unoffice and pick up 6 tools, based on our formula of success: 6c’s + one = success Once the player has reached 100% success and learned the formula, they will earn the one sphere. Once they remove the googles they will physically receive the same sphere in the game but in real life. Inside the sphere they will find an unbrokerage welcome kit: flyer, t-shirt, one pin, sunglasses, notebook and our one energy drink. Unbrokerage the revolution of real estate
