We wanted to help our client showcase the community’s amenity area which is a reservation park. Keeping that in mind and knowing the technology we have at hand, we went to work developing a VR experience in the sales office which became a Discovery Center, for potential buyers to walk in the park, explore nature and animals that inhibit it.
Using state of the art technology, we helped to create a highly interactive
presentation space designed to educate and entertain visitors. Using HTC Vive technology, we created an immersive nature experience with stunning visuals and convincing real world movement. Potential buyers can look around and explore at their own pace while interacting with the virtual environment. They can explore nature and wildlife as their pet dog tags along and waits for them to stop and play fetch. Buyers can learn more about the local flora and fauna of the woods, get up close and personal with some of the native wildlife, find themselves lost in the natural beauty that the community has to offer its residents.
