We built a VR Easter egg hunt for a trade show we exhibited at to get people in our booth and come visit us. We gave away a 2.5 pound ostrich egg from Hotel Chocolat, a luxury chocolatier based in the UK. The goal of the game was to run around the Easter Bunny's world, set in a beautiful forest, and collect as many eggs as possible in the time allowed, which was 3 minutes. We built this for a windows machine using an Oculus Rift. The goal was to place the player in one of our cinematic ecards which we were promoting at this particular trade show. The game was built in Unreal Engine in 1 month. There were 100 eggs total hidden around the level. As time ticks down the music gets more intense and faster as audio hints to hurry up. The game is playable without an oculus as a normal game on a windows pc.
