Caliper, based in Princeton, New Jersey, is a global employee assessment and talent development company. They have worked with Fortune 500 companies, governmental agencies, and non-profit organizations to help them align their talent with strategy, hire better people faster, and develop leaders, teams, and mission-critical employees.

Desiring a responsive, user-friendly website that represents their vision and mission as a company, Caliper sought out MVP for a complete redesign. The project goal was a site that would enable Caliper to better communicate its unique combination of rigorous behavioral science, leading-edge technology, and deep expertise to help its clients transform their businesses.

MVP responded with a mobile-friendly WordPress website with a variety of features leading to an immersive user experience.

Noteworthy improvements include streamlined navigation for faster access to solutions, custom iconography, interactive animations, and a resources section allowing the user to search and filter between digital media videos, thought leadership white papers, and press releases.
