B&C Leasing

For the Burroughs & Chapin’s Commercial Leasing & Management division, we created a robust website to showcase all of the properties in their leasing portfolio.
For the property search, we designed easy access to each individual property via a customized top nav dropdown. We also feature a flyup (reverse of a dropdown) city menu on the homepage, for those that prefer to search for available properties within a specific location. Once on the search results page, users can further filter property results by categories: Retail Properties, Office Properties or Land & Pad Sites.
Each property page contains a wealth of information that is specific to it. Whether people are looking for Demographics or Population stats, Vendor lists or Site Plans, visitors will discover just how easy it is to find exactly the property content they desire. We achieved this by creating property-specific category tab navigation/bar underneath the main property slider images. Scrolling down the page wipes the slider images in parallax to allow maximum real estate on the web page to display the content.
To help speed up the leasing team’s sales process, we designed online inquiry forms that interested parties can fill out right on the website. Once submitted, the form’s content is converted into a neatly organized email and sent to the client’s inbox – ready for them to browse and distribute to the appropriate follow up sales teams. This increases productivity by allowing the website to do the work in collecting specific questions up front, rather than the client/customer having to leave phone messages back and forth to do so.
In the leasing business, property information changes frequently. For this reason, we customized a clean user-friendly backend for our clients to easily change content on the fly.
