BACKGROUND/OVERVIEW/:
Over 30000 Emirates employees keeping different timings constantly require documents like salary certificate, experience certificate, reference letter, etc.
The HR office found it quite challenging to keep up with their demands since they functioned only during the working hours while the airline crew was available at all hours due to their nature of work.

OBJECTIVE
To come out with a solution to enable availability and distribution of the letters as and when required without compromising on the security since original, pre-signed and stamped letterheads would be stored in the kiosk.

AGENCY STRATEGY & SCOPE
To build a self-service kiosk akin to an ATM machine containing pre-loaded letterheads with high security locks. The kiosks were placed at Emirates premises and terminal offices in addition to staff buildings. Agency designed, fabricated, deployed and arranged for maintenance.

RESULT

The agency succeeded in accomplishing the desired objectives. It was a huge hit and thereafter, several kiosks were established at all Emirates facilities enabling smooth, hassle-free access to documents for staff. HR staff was relieved of the paperwork and the process made life easier for all.
