Qualsys found that their software product brand, EQMS, had gained more equity than the company name itself. Unsure of its value, they were ready to forego the Qualsys name and assume a product-led identity.
Our extensive research insights found that the different brand entities helped make the important distinction between their product, and the initial understanding, insight, set-up, training, service and support that went with it. Customers depended on Qualsys, and their the team, to understand their changing needs and support them long after the implementation.
We uncovered their brand purpose – to make your business happy – which was at the heart of good quality management practice which fed into a vibrant and approachable visual identity that reflected Qualsys’ distinctly personal approach to dealing with people, systems and data.
With this insight the website was rebuilt with a user experience designed to simplify navigation and promote problem solving for their target audiences of managing directors and quality managers.
