Our team created and launched this website with a mobile-first approach in partnership with the Office of the Kansas Secretary of State. To make the site as user-friendly as possible we tracked the most used and visited links. Upon our research and completion of finding analytics we took the most used information and made it available and prominent on the homepage. Additionally, the official chatbot of the State of Kansas, Agent Kay is integrated to support visitors 24/7. Agent Kay can help guide users to the information they are looking and answer their Kansas Secretary of State questions. Furthermore, this website was developed in under one month and was available on Inauguration Day.
