In order to build a unique competitive advantage, a leading financial organization joined forces with Age Wave (a longevity, lifestyle, health, and family consultancy group) to build a holistic, customer-centric learning curriculum to enable their associates to understand the attitudes, preferences, challenges, needs, and Life Priorities of clients and prospects across six different stages of their lives. Together with SweetRush (an online training developer) they created a ten-hour course that allows each learner to develop a deeper understanding of their clients through the lens of lifestages, by identifying societal and personal biases, researching the journey of each lifestage, practicing conversation techniques, and developing empathy so that they may better serve the clients? unique needs.
