Cumulus District is an 11-acre mixed-use urban development near Culver City in West LA that includes over 100,000 SF of retail, two buildings offering 1,200 residential units, public parking and a 1-acre public park. Launching in 2021, Cumulus District acts as a placemaker, working within the fabric of the existing community to contribute to a new micro-neighborhood where innovators and creatives come together to shape a new West LA lifestyle that's livable, walkable, and transit-friendly. Cumulus District was named for the original site which used to belong to Cumulus Radio Station.
