Somewhere in between a portrait and an abstract, this piece captures the majesty of an owl. It's wrapped in light and swirls of purple and gold creating a moment in time with this beautiful creature. The idea of mixing completely different genres has always fascinated me. For this one, I went with a black and white portrait of an owl and added the abstract swirls which were created using an image effect I made myself. This was done for my Society6 Wall Art Shop.
