Klick Health Mobile Flu Shot Clinic

Every fall, we host an in-office flu shot clinic for our employees. But what’s a company to do when a global pandemic brings office life to a complete and sudden halt? And your company is growing fast and needs to hire?
At Klick Health, the answer was easy. We leaned into our hacker roots, entrepreneurial spirit, and experiential recruiting chops. And in October 2020, we hit the road and rolled our mobile clinic right up to the doorsteps of hundreds of our employees’ homes -- in what could be called the healthiest outdoor advertising vehicle (pun intended!) ever!
We custom-wrapped Mercedes-Benz Sprinter cargo vans with captivating Klick branding and transformed the interiors into flu shot clinics, complete with registered nurses and concierges. The creative was simple and to the point: We’re keeping Klicksters and their families happy and healthy. And we’re hiring. The creative also had a call-to-action driving people to our careers site.
To our knowledge, the Klick Mobile Flu Shot Clinic is the only employee program of its kind. It also turned out to be a pretty effective way to attract talent and increase traffic on our careers website in the middle of a pandemic -- not to mention generate amazing news coverage, strong word of mouth, and positive social media posts showing happy Klicksters conveniently and safely getting their flu shots!
