Baker Hughes is an international industrial service company and one of the world's largest oil field services companies. Baker Hughes was celebrating its one-year anniversary as a newly branded and reorganized company. As part of an all-hands meeting, they wanted to communicate to employees and stakeholders how their company values were alive and vibrant and helping the company to succeed. We produced an employee-centric video designed to be human, progressive, approachable, smart, authentic, conversational, and captivating. After viewing, audiences should feel confident that Baker Hughes is positioned for growth. Employees should feel pride in what they do and connected to their colleagues around the globe. Ultimately, the hope is that employees align to grow, collaborate, lead, and help achieve Baker Hughes’ purpose to take energy forward – making it safer, cleaner, and more efficient for people and the planet.
