Labadie Toyota, an automotive dealership in Bay City, MI, has been family-owned and -operated for more than 70 years. They pride themselves on exceptional customer service and a commitment to their community. As such, the Toyota dealer turned to its marketing partner, C-4 Analytics, to help them offer discounts to the sizable medical community located nearby. Despite the presence of many medical workers in their area, few were expressing interest in Labadie Toyota’s incentives or inventory. After conducting marketing research, C-4 Analytics devised a plan to use hyper-targeted digital marketing campaigns in order to bring more awareness to the offers Labadie Toyota was extending to the medical community. Based on research, we were able to determine that a paid social campaign would be most impactful for this demographic. Our campaign would accomplish the dual goals of allowing Labadie Toyota to move more inventory while also giving back to the community via strong, specialized incentives.
