These three new television spots in the This is College Campaign show the value of attending TCC -- saving money while receiving a quality education as well as pursuing a vocational dream.
1) A Tale of Two Students compares the costs between attending TCC at $64/credit hour vs. $3,000/credit hour at other colleges for the same quality with some of the same instructors. It drives home the point that the TCC student will be ready to start earning immediately and be debt-free compared with the other student who will be saddled with debt for his education.
2) The $64 Gift features a high school student, fresh from her graduation, opening cards at her graduation party. All of the cards contain $64, which makes her wonder why. The last card from her parents says, "You're going to college." TCC offers 120 certifications and degrees with which you can graduate in two years or less for $64/credit hour.
3) Always emphasizes turning passion into a paycheck. A child who loves playing video games is challenged by his parents. His mother wishes he would "stop wasting time on those video games," and his father telling him that his gaming "isn't going to put food on the table." Fast forward to today, where he sits in class at TCC, learning game design.
