The Cosplay community is a major audience demographic for the SINGER® sewing machine brand, and sponsoring cosplay competitions at Comic Con events has been part of their marketing strategy for years. However, in the wake of the pandemic in 2020, they had to get creative when catering to their Cosplay audience. They decided to host their own virtual Cosplay competition and give the Cosplay audience an outlet through which to channel their pent-up creative energy in the wake of Covid.
