The Challenge:
As part of our 2021 Summer Interns Campaign, we wanted to introduce our Summer 2021 Class to our corporate social media platforms. Our interns faced new challenges this summer with the restrictions brought on by COVID-19 and having to adapt to new office environments. We felt it was important to share insights from our intern class as they offer a fresh perspective on what they value in the everchanging workforce.
Project Details:
The Greystone Corporate Marketing Team distributed a survey to the intern class to learn more about their digital media interests, professional career aspirations, post-graduation plans, what they value in a company, and social activities outside of work. The Marketing Team then analyzed the results of the survey data, interpreted it, and translated it into a meaningful, multi-dimensional story about the interests and ideas of the class. The team then continued to leverage the data and message into a digital infographic that was engaging, interesting, and unique to share across our social platforms.

Stats Summary:
As of being live 9 days on LinkedIn, the infographic gained over 6,000 impressions resulting in over 1,300 clicks and a 23.13% engagement rate.
