beMarketing was tasked with a full website revamp for Simpay, a back-office solutions company, with a goal of showcasing their products and services in an engaging, easy-to-understand manner for the business owner. When we first started working on the website for Simpay, we were told that there were two problems, the first being that they felt like potential customers were not easily finding the information they needed, and the second that they did not convey their brand’s voice accurately.
We worked on the layout and design of the website closely with the client to ensure that their company was represented accurately. The project resulted in a brand new, 8-page site that includes interactive elements and a unique navigation menu that was fully developed and designed to match the client’s voice. The new site structure and content were developed with a focus on the user easily finding the information they needed, leading to more conversions.
This was a successful project in large part because of the excellent communication we had with the client throughout the process. From the start, we understood the clients’ goals and were able to match the correct tone with meaningful content that made this website shine.
