At its core, the packaging design is inspired by the athletes' moment of glory, adopts the China-Chic style, and uses Chinese auspicious animals symbolizing good luck and strength to highlight the fighting spirit of the Olympic athletes. The tough and agile cranes describe the table tennis player Liu Shiwen. The cloud-riding dragon describes the power and versatility of Ma Long. The vigorous and fast leopard describes the super explosive and powerful strength of track and field sprinter Su Bingtian. The king of the animals, the swift tiger, describes the undeniably advantaged and ever-victorous short track speed skater Wu Dajing.
The visual format reprise the auspicious cloud shaped like Yili's logo. The focus is on fashionable illustrations of athletes and the auspicious animals, creating a visually impactful beauty. A bold color pattern was adopted using blue, yellow, black, green and red, highlighting the Olympic five-ring color system and strengthening the bond with the Olympics as well as raising public awareness about the cooperation between Yili and the Olympics.
