As a leader in the cloud communications industry, Twilio has an extensive network of partners that startups to global enterprises can leverage to help bring their communication systems to life. With their growing partner ecosystem, Twilio needed a professional and user-friendly website to help their customers find the right partner to assist in meeting their business needs. The company desired to provide a first-class Partner Showcase that served the needs of multiple stakeholder types, including customers, developers, partners of all types, Twilio employees, and industry analysts.
A Twilio Partner Showcase was already in existence but did little to highlight its growing partner ecosystem or serve as a resource for customers who wanted to find Twilio experts and do more with its product. The biggest pain point in the original showcase was the lack of searchability, filtering, or sorting options. If customers didn’t know what type of solution they were looking for, it was difficult to find the right partners. As a result, Twilio needed a world-class Partner Showcase that would inspire, set industry standards, and become a beacon among other industry showcases.
Impekable used industry best practices and years of acquired knowledge and experience to create new iterations for Twilio’s showcase. They identified what was working, was not working, and consistently consulted with Twilio’s engineering team to ensure everything that would be proposed could successfully be performed. Impekable provided multiple solutions and Twilio chose the one that would best suit their needs and timeline.
When the final solution was chosen, it enhanced the Partnership Showcase by adding sorting and filtering options, such as location, industry, certification, and more. The individual partner pages used to be text-heavy and didn’t clearly highlight partner benefits and specializations. Impkebale’s solution modernized these web pages by making them visually appealing, customizable to clearly highlight specialties, and adding category tags. Impekable created a UI Design Kit in Adobe XD in the final hand-off so that Twilio’s engineering team could continue to easily add new, uniformed web pages to the showcase for companies joining their growing list of partners.
