Leading up to the event, it was imperative to use intrigue to our advantage. We wanted folks to know PegaWorld iNspire would be out of the ordinary, while also not pulling every rabbit out of our hat. Throughout our marketing, we introduced a portal within the branded iN that invited people to register and come in to explore. This served as a worthy metaphor for PegaWorld itself: Just beyond where you are, there’s a place full of bold and thought-provoking ideas. Our creative featured people interacting with the portal but didn’t show what’s inside. That reveal was saved for day-of.
