Funimation returned to New York Comic Con in October 2021 and brought some of the biggest names in anime to New York City! On the show floor, fans got to chill out in Funimation: Sakura Park, an experience inspired by Japanese anime fantasy and bursting with color.Throughout the weekend, cans could visit the Funimation branded food truck, search for hidden easter eggs, snag a photo op among the cherry blossoms, meet with cosplayers and much, much more! Funimation subscribers also got VIP seating at panels and were able to pick exclusive anime merchandise from the Funimation shop to take a little bit of anime home! Fans interested in the worlds of My Hero Academia and Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba could enjoy the Anime Happens Here: Funimation Panel and the My Hero Academia New Movie Panel on Friday with the English voice cast,The Demon Slayer: Mugen Train panel wrapped up the weekend to huge fan excitement! . For fans unable to attend the event, Funimation shared daily recaps, fan interviews, cosplay photos and more right from the show floor across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube channels all week long.
