The Healing List Podcast: Season 2

In 2021, Universal Admedia was honored with 1 platinum and 3 gold Muse Awards. 2 of the Gold Awards were for our work on The Healing List, a mental, spiritual, and self-help platform targeting New Yorkers who wanted to access online wellness resources from the convenience of their home.
In 2022, The Healing List Platform launched the "Healing is _______" campaign because we understand that there are no one-size-fits-all steps to healing. We pushed this work even further with 24 new podcast episodes with experts in wellness, spirituality, and healing enthusiasts including:
Terann Pavao; with 44 arrests and 15 criminal charges. Terann Pavao never shies away from those shocking numbers that define her youth. In fact, she’s upfront about so much of what she’s been through, including rape, domestic violence, drug abuse, kidnapping, gang violence and seven-and-a-half years in prison. The transformation from being a career criminal into an optimistic, pragmatic reformer was, of course, incredibly difficult. Her reason for sharing these experiences is simple: she wants no child to go through what she endured.
Mafuang is a therapist from Thailand. Ever since earning a master’s in clinical psychology, Mafuang has worked on transforming her craft into something she calls Narrative Therapy. This post-modern approach to therapy focuses on clients as individuals, instead of treating people as textbook cases based on their diagnoses.
And since the beginning of the pandemic, Honolulu-based MK Lani has been using social media to share her uplifting story, motivate people and encourage empowerment, especially with women. Her ability to communicate unfiltered truths has really resonated with people online. As always, Lani’s talk is frank and heartfelt.
