With the pandemic creating a dramatic surge in applications for advanced degrees in global public health this past year, the NYU School of Global Public Health launched a new ad campaign focused on a number of other critical issues that are likely to resonate with those seeking a “calling” in public health policy. Using a combination of search, paid social, YouTube pre-roll and streaming services, the short-form ads make the connection between public health policy and such issues as mental health, racism, gun violence and climate change. The campaign was designed to raise awareness of the relatively new graduate program from NYU and appeal to those interested in public health.
