With over 100 years of healthcare industry experience and around 50,000 employees globally, the company operates at the center of an ecosystem working toward precision health, digitizing healthcare, helping drive productivity and improve outcomes for patients, providers, health systems and researchers around the world. Like many global companies, GE Healthcare worked recently on a return-to-office strategy for teams who were forced to work remotely during the global COVID-19 pandemic. One of the centerpieces of the employee communications campaign was a video. The video sought to connect employees in their shared experience of working in a pandemic. The video was aspirational in its messaging around Work Reimagined to reinforce the new ways of collaboration with a focus on safety and well-being. Imagery showed a diverse cross-section of the ways employees may experience working together and suggest what the possibilities for work would be in the future.
