Ivanti is on a mission to enable and understand the Everywhere Workplace as it evolves in a post-COVID world. As the evolution of workspaces transform, companies must adapt to offering flexible workspaces and evolve with digital transformation. On March 9, 2022, we released the annual Everywhere Workplace report which canvassed the opinions of over 6,100 office workers and IT professionals globally to reduce speculation and highlight trends. Additionally, we collaborated with leading “future of work” experts to uncover employee sentiments, garnering candid responses such as:
• 71% of employees would choose to work from anywhere over being promoted.
• 64% of employees would even take a pay cut to be able to work from anywhere.
Within three weeks, 151 articles covered the report, including 14 top-tier outlets such as Forbes, Inc. and Computer Weekly. We also hosted a Satellite Media Tour, offering TV and radio interviews with our spokespeople and Future of Work experts. As a result, we’ve seen 44 segments with 3 of those syndicated 563 times. The radio and broadcast segments reached an audience of 40,179,755 and the SMT web posts reached a potential audience of 691,560,710. Social Media also saw over 2.1M impressions of the content supporting the report. Through the activation of influencers, we were able to grow Ivanti’s social media share of voice from 1% to 33% in the month of April with more than 240 influencer mentions. As we continue to progressively obtain global coverage, we are proud that the Everywhere Workplace report has resonated with a wide audience. To commemorate the launch, we asked Ivanti employees to participate in the "Everywhere Workplace Challenge" and we were delighted to have more than 400 employees share the content resulting in 1.15K link clicks. This challenge promoted the report internally but moreover built momentum for our company’s culture. We’ve discovered that data-driven actionable insights can accelerate progress into the new employee experience. The Everywhere Workplace is here to stay and it’s our mission to enable and secure employees wherever they work, and no matter what they work on.
