The launch of Nixon Peabody’s website in September 2022 was a critical step in our digital and brand transformation. The digital journey, which began in late 2020, has given Nixon Peabody the opportunity to reflect on what our brand is now, the times we are living in, and where we are heading as a law firm.
The primary goal of the website is to drive meaningful engagement and revenue growth for the firm. It was also critical that the new site showcased the firm’s people. To achieve success, our agency partner, Merkle, emphasized the need to create a human-first and frictionless experience across content, design, and technology. The firm organizationally shifted from a project to a product mindset that is laser-focused on consumer-centricity.
