We Are All Leaders - Phase 3

The JV Driver Group (JVDG) continues to focus on its core purpose: Think Different, Build Better. Phase 3 of the We Are All Leaders (WAAL) program focuses on Organizational Leadership. This phase highlights how everyone has a part to play in Organizational Leadership, regardless of their formal role in the business' hierarchy. Each individual can help the business prosper by demonstrating Business Acumen, Customer Focus, an Ability to Drive Strategy, Vision, and Purpose -- all while engaged in effective Communication. In terms of the technical approach, we used a mix of audio, video, and animation, leveraging Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and Illustrator. The stories and opportunities for reflection are meant to create space for learners to figure out what their leadership story is going to look like.
