This poster was created in partnership with our internal communications team to capture and inspire internal staff of our mission and values. There was a lot of information to include so the goal was to create a visual hierarchy that started with the most important information – being our vision and mission first and then playfully incorporate our role, values and how we show up. Towards the bottom it ends with a message from our founder with a custom illustration done in our brand color palette. This poster is displayed at our Headquarters and was also distributed to our 53 state offices.
