Security Health Plan (SHP) is a regional Health Care Provider in Central Wisconsin. As a partner with Yamamoto, SHP tasked Yamamoto to deliver a message to potential enrollees that stands out in a flooded healthcare market in a more fun, unconventional way. The idea was to establish SHP as "your hometown healthcare provider" - not only to compete with the larger, more well-known national providers, but to accentuate the local, personalized customer service you will receive while also receiving the same, or in some cases better insurance offerings. Though this ask, our "That's Better" campaign was born!
