The COVID-19 pandemic created a need to find ways for brands to continually connect with their clients without being physically present. We realized that in creating virtual versions of traditional events which were common pre-COVID, individuals would be more curious and inclined to see how the physical was translated to digital. Launched in December 2020, Holiday Gift Exchange was a first-of-its-kind, first-to-market White Elephant style game which allows users to interact by opening, stealing, and ultimately winning the gifts of their choice in a virtual setting. Designed to connect you to your colleagues, customers, or clients from anywhere, this program was created to address a need for business relationship enrichment activities outside of a traditional setting created by the COVID-19 pandemic. Years later, we have executed hundreds of HGE events and have shipped out thousands of gifts. This past December, years after the initial launch, we executed over 50 HGE events in a virtual and hybrid setting and shipped out over 500 gifts. Our “WebElves” created a custom experience via an interactive platform that was fully brandable and customizable to generate brand affinity between the client and their customers. Streamed and hosted live on the video conference platform of your choice including Zoom, Teams, and Webex, HGE provides a way for brands to connect with their customers and build lasting relationships through a virtual event which feels as intimate and genuine as any in-person activation. Clients had a chance to set their budget, choose their gifts in tiers including fun gag gifts to create laughable and enjoyable moments, create their guest list, and choose from a variety of pre-event kits for their attendees. We managed everything from gameplay to purchasing of the gifts to shipping pre-event and post event to attendees. Our clients have seen post-event engagement with their prospects increase by more than 33% and a 70% increase in event attendance.
