Xylella is a bacterium that has been responsible for devastating outbreaks of plant disease in olive trees in the Puglia region of Italy.
The disease caused by Xylella, known as olive quick decline syndrome, can lead to the death of infected trees and has had a significant impact on the region's olive industry.
Invaio focuses on bringing new perspective and innovative technological solutions to farmers and crop systems in need. We helped Invaio define its presence in Apulia through its olive crop solution against Xylella.
