Pokémon is one of our biggest clients, and it all began over ten years ago with a single product IP. This relationship has developed into significant integrated marketing initiatives covering numerous brands, IPs, apps, video games, and trading card games.
The agency has grown steadily over the past two decades, but in recent years we have accelerated our growth, increasing our revenue by 4-fold in 4 years. One key achievement was an 86% growth in 2021.
As we passed the 50-employee mark, built a new office in London, and had another year of revenue growth, we transformed from a small to a medium-sized agency in the past 12 months.
This shift in focus around the culture, team, and ways of working with our clients has led to significant growth across a period where many agencies in the same space have experienced the opposite.
