My project is a redesign of Downbeat Magazine's visual style and layout system, incorporating generative design techniques to create unique music waveforms for the cover. The duotone style, inspired by jazz album covers, is used throughout the interior pages to discuss the legacy and development of jazz, as well as the community and education aspects of the music.
