Adidas is a brand synonymous with innovation, quality, and creativity. So when they approached us to create the campaign film for their Triple Black Collection, we knew that we had to go all in. Working in close collaboration with studio A, we were inspired by the solar eclipse and the concept of Dark Mode Enabled, envisioning a film that would showcase the products in a visually stunning and impactful way. To achieve this, we made the decision to build all of the shots in CGI, giving us complete creative control and freedom to create a truly unique film. From the all-black treatment to the use of natural textures in contrast to soft and shiny man-made materials, we paid attention to every detail to give each scene a rich textural feeling. We also created custom graphics inspired by classic vinyl designs and 90's user interfaces, adding a unique and nostalgic touch to the Triple Black Universe.
Together with our in house audio studio we created a custom track and sound design to accompany the film and set the mood even further.
The film lived on the adidas website campaign pages, and their social media channels.
