Lamborghini, a valued client of rEvolution, have entrusted us with the experiential builds for their Super Trofeo Series races since the inception of their motorsport team. During the second round of the series, which took place at the Watkins Glen racetrack, we debuted a game changing hospitality facility exclusively for Lamborghini Squadra Corse. rEvolution developed and delivered the physical structure and new service standards at this key race weekend in upstate New York. At the race held at this prestigious venue, guests were immersed in a world of opulence throughout the entire weekend. From the moment they arrived, they were treated to an unrivaled luxury experience that resonated with the essence of the Lamborghini brand. Through this experiential build, rEvolution delivered an extraordinary weekend that exemplified the essence of luxury and prestige synonymous with the Lamborghini brand. To ensure an unforgettable experience, rEvolution developed an exclusive agenda of activities and hospitality options including a curated dining and drink menu for the weekend, unparalleled race viewing options, and one of the highlights of the Lamborghini race weekend for all guests; the opportunity to participate in pit lane tours, parade laps and hot laps around the iconic track, with professional drivers. This exhilarating experience allowed attendees to witness the power and performance of a Lamborghini super car, feeling the raw adrenaline coursing through their veins as they sped around the track. Along with our event management responsibilities, rEvolution was responsible for Lamborghini's parts operations during these races. Our parts trailers were a remarkable sight to behold. For each race, trailers filled with various components, ranging from nuts and bolts to complete car chassis, engines, break systems; a total of 5,000 individual line items are transported to the location. We meticulously organized and tracked these parts, ensuring that everything required for pit stops throughout the entire race weekend was readily available. By immersing guests in an atmosphere of refined indulgence and offering unforgettable firsthand experiences, rEvolution ensured the Lamborghini race weekend at Watkins Glen International left an indelible mark, further solidifying the brands position as the epitome of automotive excellence and luxury.
