With the return to live events after the global pandemic of 2020, this year marked an unprecedented time for our industry. After not meeting in person for 2 years, CVS Health had a very important goal in mind for this historically annual meeting. The goal was to bring together their essential workers at the store level across the country that worked tirelessly and at their own personal potential risk to bring vaccinations, medicine, and care to the general public during a time of great need. This event was to honor those essential workers who to many, including their company, were heroes. Exhausted from the previous pandemic years, CVS Health’s mission was to provide their employees with an engaging experience in which they invested in them so that they would feel enriched, refreshed and invigorated. They would leave the event feeling enthusiastic and reminded that CVS Health could not operate without them. They are the heart of everything CVS Health does.
