Established new home builder, Shea Homes, is setting a new standard by offering homebuyers a better opportunity to pursue personalized wellness features in their home through their new division of planned communities, 3Roots. Located in the Sorrento Mesa neighborhood of northern San Diego, 3Roots is an innovative new construction master plan focused on sustainability, healthy living, and connectivity. Red Door Interactive, a full-service advertising and marketing agency, partnered with Shea Homes San Diego to create a documentary-style video featuring key Shea team members and partners that have led the charge in bringing these communities to life. The video captures what makes Shea Homes at 3Roots distinct: their thoughtful design approach and the modern living features that come standard with every Shea at 3Roots home. Main cut videos and additional cut downs were created to display across paid and social media channels as outlined as part of the Shea homes San Diego media plan and social media program.
