Additionally, employees enjoy access to a neighboring rooftop patio, where they can unwind during lunch breaks, hold client meetings, or simply bask in the enchanting ambiance of the urban landscape. To enliven the space, the XGD Studio at DLR Group has crafted a collection of experiential graphics that celebrate the unique aspects of Austin. Themed "Austin Weird," these graphics showcase the distinctive elements that make Austin, Texas a one-of-a-kind destination.
To foster a unified office culture across its 30 other locations, the company strategically showcases its brand promise ("Elevate the Human Experience Through Design") and core values in the front lobby. This display serves as both a conduit for DLR Group's brand messaging and an avenue for sharing various messages such as birthday wishes, upcoming events, and visitor greetings. The laser-etched wooden components were designed to be versatile, allowing for easy rearrangement or relocation as the office evolves and incorporates new branding or graphics.
